I realized this morning that I think I need to be on my own stress and burn out recovery program. Part of that program is extra free time. I can spend that free time stressing out (which I do) and being overly self critical (which I do), but also working on gaining some perspective, resting those adrenal glands, and catching up on things. The other part of my burnout recovery program is taking steps to accomplish some of my bigger goals.
A few days ago I was browsing my old laptop for documents, pictures, notes, protocols etc that I want to keep. I came across an old video that I was working on long ago but never finished because life got in the way. Well, I finally finished it and it is ready for the world to see. At least 3 years in the making.
